the Engineering Technology curriculum at WesternCarolina University is a work in progress. However, strides have been made toward integratingthe team concept into many classes. The three cases presented illustrate varying levels ofinvolvement and results. Important lessons were learned and will be used to further developthese individual classes, and to serve as models for others.
