Two of the core courses were consecutivesecurity systems engineering courses based on the Sandia methodology. These courses weresupplemented by courses in Security Technology and Instrumentation, and Security RiskManagement. Additional courses offered specific to security include explosives, simulation andmodeling, and cyber security. At the outset of the program, the security engineering courseswere taught by personnel from Sandia National Laboratories.
