The original adjunct staff of the seventies weresourced from major construction companies and the subjects being offered reflected theirstrengths. A typical adjunct staff profile was that of middle to upper level manager in a majorlocal construction company, with about ten years or more of experience, some of which wasgained on iconic major projects.
