et al.'s (1994) work underscores the importance of self-awareness and goal setting infostering career success and provides a theoretical framework that resonates with the practicalrealities of professional development in engineering and other disciplines [2].Setting clear objectives is an essential aspect of effective planning for professional development.Adhering to the principles of SMART goals ensures that these objectives are focused, achievable, and actionable. By establishing Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, andTime-bound (SMART) goals, engineers can provide clarity and direction to their developmentefforts. This approach allows individuals to define tangible outcomes and milestones, making iteasier to track progress and

To solve thisequation we have to reduce it into two first order differential equations. This step is takenbecause MATLAB uses a Runge-Kutta method to solve differential equations, which is valid onlyfor first order equations.Letx=v (2)The above expression can be simplified as 𝑚𝑣̇ + 𝑐𝑣 + 𝑘𝑥 = 0We can

gives the feeling of a real escape room experience, similar to commercial escape rooms. On the other hand, using physical setups may require dedicated space, may limit the number ofparticipating students to small groups only, and possibly limits the time a group of participantshas available for the activity. Provided all participants have a computer (and internet access),digital escape rooms are more accessible than physical escape rooms and can be done in aclassroom or remotely. They can be used as an activity for multiple student groups at the sametime. Lastly, there are many free, web-based resources that can be used to create a virtual escaperoom, which is opportune for institutions with small budgets.References[1] S. López-Pernas, A

Further, theseresults can allow us to quickly build datasets for these saw calls that can be used as trainingdata for machine learning models. Future research could focus on using these datasets to traincomplex ML models that would be able to distinguish between the banging sounds and sawcalls.Bibliography[1] https://www.wildlifeacoustics.com/products/song-meter-sm4[2] Allwin, B., Kalignan, P. The Blocks of Analysis section has the concepts of the casebroken down more fully and in detail to provide all that is needed for an instructor. They also had a much better understanding about how cities in New England areapproaching the problem of climate adaptation while also encouraging economic development. Lastly, the studentsgained valuable skills in cross-disciplinary approaches which they will need in their careers. Project outcomes, successes and challenges, and feedback from student reflection essays will be shared during this presentation.Sources:Zollinger, Stephanie Watson, Denise Guerin, Tasoulla Hadjiyanni, and Caren S.
