The twelve members in the pilot were provided witha small stipend for their participation in on-site training, online curriculum development, andleadership. Each of the twelve Mentors and Mentees were certified through completion of theTECS-TRAIN course, Digital Portfolio, and pilot project training. Each member of theMentoring Cadre found the program helpful and was anxious to work as a Mentor with newfaculty.
