Important aspects of this process were talks with experts and brainstormingto generate finer grain tasks and solutions.All the developed materials have been used in a DukeEngage summer program in Uganda (jointprogram between Duke and Makerere University) during summer 2022 and summer 2023. Forthe DukeEngage program, materials were assembled into a 20-page workbook, which studentsused to find authentic problems in medical settings in Kampala, Uganda.
