pinpoint the areas where the trainee lackscompetency in a fraction of the time of what current assessment methods would need on similartasks. The comparison map highlighted that the trainee had the necessary competency in regardsto the actions needed for a successful change plan. However, lacked the knowledge of theprocess flow to implement the strategy.
