The ReScuE framework is highly scalable, and its labs cover different secu-rity and privacy facets of pervasive computing, which makes it versatile for various educationalpurposes. Between 2017 and 2022, we performed pilot studies, formal assessments, and contin-uous refinement at two institutions. The assessment results show that the ReScuE labs achievea high satisfaction rate and positive learning experiences regardless of students’ ethnic and aca-demic backgrounds.
