The goal of the training described in this paper was to help the organizationovercome some of the detected weaknesses.This case study describes a two-part training course in software testing designed for softwaredevelopers with little or no background in the software testing area. We devote half of the train-ing to teach the fundamentals of software testing, best practices, testing types, testing levels, andtest design techniques.
