In fact,the rubrics for oral presentations, lab reports, research reports, and integrated, capstoneprojects are now used in the grading of those activities, increasing consistency in gradingand facilitating assessments. The process has resulted in a number of specificinstructional delivery changes and appears to be serving the purpose of increasinglearning. The only substantial change in the assessment process thus far has been to cutback on the frequency with which OI data are collected and evaluated, since thisrepresents the primary ongoing effort.
