The 2nd column (a value of 0) suggests that at an individual level, teammembers did not require the strengths of other team members. Clint graduated from Tarleton State University with a doctorate in educational leadership in 2018. This academic experience offered opportunities to be a researching practitioner in higher education, specifically within student affairs at Baylor University where he worked for twelve years. This is the well-known “Boyer’smodel of scholarship.” Since its inception in 1990, Boyer’s model has been widelydiscussed and debated, and the focus has mainly been on its impact on university faculty,especially their tenure, promotion, and reappointment (TPR) policies 2, 3.However, scholarships are not generated by faculty alone.
