-conscious admissions as well as similar state laws affected the recruitment and retention ofminoritized engineering students at public universities in one state?, we engaged in a qualitativestudy using deductive coding techniques [13] described below.This study was covered under a broader ethics review from Northeastern University’s IRB for theEngineering PLUS Alliance.
