set of questions, which were unique to each course, asked about the student's agreeability to meetoutcomes defined in the course syllabus. The second and third sets of questions were based on a surveypreviously used in an EOP-based course[6]. After data collection, it was compiled and statisticallyanalyzed by converting the Likert-type rating scales to numerical values as shown below, where 1 and 5represent responses that strongly disagree (1) and strongly agree (5) with the presented sub-questions,respectively. Sustainability/EOP-related questions (Q. 2 and 3) related used in the survey are shown below:Table 2: Question 2 - This second part of the survey aims to assess how the course project helped you in learning andapplying course topics

informed by the incorporation of practical scenarios, allowing students to apply theoretical concepts to real-world situations. This integration of theoryand practice is recognized as a key driver for effective engineering education [9]. The emphasison communication and weekly progress meetings aligns with research highlighting the positiveimpact of regular feedback on student performance and understanding [10]. Project 2 then expandson these foundations, incorporating advanced analysis tools, aligning with research suggesting thatexposure to diverse analytical techniques enhances problem-solving proficiency [11]–[13].The work of the "Electra-Q" group, investigating the influence of extreme temperatures, charging, and discharging rates on Li-ion

promotes richer discussions as the non-presenting studentscan rely on their notes to participate in the conversations. When allowing for questions-and-answers between presentations, it is best practice for the instructor to collect the completedKLIQED sheets only after the Q&A session for the last presentation has ended.Preliminary Results and DiscussionWe used the KLIQED tool during oral presentations of student projects in courses we recentlytaught at our institutions in the Fall of 2022. The courses were in economics and biomedicalengineering with a total of 169 students enrolled. We collected the KLIQED sheets completed bystudents and shared the feedback comments with presenting students. At the end of the semester,we also surveyed

model when paired with an interdisciplinary educational model. Our study aims tofill in this gap and show the impact of such an approach, and it efficacy in amultidisciplinary scope. The step taken by VCU-Q (Virginia Commonwealth University-Qatar) and TAMU-Q(Texas A&M University at Qatar) is a continuation to previous efforts towardsimplementing design thinking approach in a multidisciplinary context. Theinstructional strategy for multidisciplinary projects involving engineering and artsstudents is presented in this study. The strategy attempts to encourage innovation, collaboration, and creativity among students from various academic fields. We discussa project where engineering and art students collaborated to construct interactive

Student interest is measured using the results from the Project RankingSurvey (PR Survey). Student and team performance are measured using their grades and theevaluations by the coaches. Student satisfaction is measured using the results of the TCPevaluations (Team, Coach & Program). Use of this data for the study was approved by the UFInstitutional Review Board.Students receive the PR Survey on the first day of class, during which the faculty advisor (coach)for each project gives a pitch presentation of their one or two projects, followed by a short Q&Asession. especially important in broadening the impact of this course. In the future, we hope to createan open-access repository consisting of lecture series (both long and short videos, Q&A withthose with lived experiences etc), worked out examples, sample assignments and exercises thatcan be adapted for particular courses. Below we have outlined some aspects the course sketchdeveloped through our workshop, which may be useful to instructors seeking to introducesimilarly complex topics into STEM courses. Bearing in mind that courses may have different technical focuses, we developed broadlearning objectives and outcomes that would be relevant across disciplines and could easily bemade more specific as needed:Course Aims ● Introduce students to

Thebehavior of the endolymph in the semicircular canal can be represented by a second-orderdifferential equation. The equation is given as: 𝑑2 𝑞 𝑑𝑞 (1)  𝑚 2 +𝑐 + 𝑘𝑞 = 𝑓 𝑑𝑡 𝑑𝑡where q(t) is the displaced volume of endolymph, c is the damping coefficient and k is the stiffnessof the cupula.
