If the pool is less diverse than expected, I will utilize snowballsampling, reach out to network connections, and contact demographic-specific clubs/organizations/affinity groups.Data Collection Data for this study will be collected using a quantitative survey of Ph.D. students inengineering at an American Research-1 institution.
