It also provides the priceless abilityto gauge the effectiveness of a campaign and to determine the exact media source that is workingsuccessfully. For example, the USRP Connect database and application tool was released inJanuary of 2008 and provides up-to-the-minute and reliable information on the USRP studentcore audience, which consists of undergraduate sophomores, juniors and seniors with Science,Technology, Engineering, or Math-based degrees. Figure 1 indicates the primary way in whichstudents first learned about the USRP program. USRP
