three group, it was firstnecessary to determine if these distributions were normally distributed since parametricstatistical tests for comparison of means between distributions (i.e., student t-test) assume normaldistributions. The Q-Q graphs for each of these groups are shown in Figure 5. Normallydistributed data will occur along a straight line in these diagrams. Although the Control/Partnersgroup appears to be normally distributed, the Singles and EEBoard groups deviate fromnormality. The Shapiro-Wilk test for normallity confirmed that the Control/Partners distributionwas not statistically different from normal; however, both the Singles and EEBoard distributionswere indeed non-gaussian distributed (p<0.05 & 0.001 respectively). It was very interesting to note that the students were very much relaxedand let their personalities shine through these “public” YouTube videos while they weremuch more reserved during the “synchronous” session with the UGA instructor. So theYouTube approach worked, but the Q&A sessions had become “asynchronous” and “on-demand”. In Fall 2012, the NTU course was scheduled such that it started at 2 AM local UStime, thus we had no choice but to use the YouTube approach for that semester, and mostdefinitely for all future collaborations.B) Students Learning Assessment

The circuit could be used to“tune” to an AM radio station with an 800 kHz. carrier frequency and provide the 10kHz. bandtypically used for audio reception. The quality factor for the circuit (Q) is the ratio of f0 to thebandwidth, giving us Q = 80 for this circuit.A slide range of 750,000 to 850,000 is selected. The callback function applies standard AC circuit analysis, using phasors and compleximpedances, to find the steady state sinusoidal voltages across R, L and C. These methods arebased on the data which show the characteristics of the PV panel at different environmental andworking conditions. The direct methods include “artificial intelligence method”, “differentiationmethod”, “P&Q method”, and so on. The direct methods are more robust i.e. prior knowledge ofthe PV parameters is not required. However, voltage or current measurement and a feedbackloop are necessary for the converter control circuit 2. And there are typically 15 students in “Introductionto Control Systems”. The “Introduction to Engineering” lecture was shown to students at thebeginning of the class. Even though the video lecture covered the same slides containing thesame information which was presented in a normal lecture on this subject, the video lecture tookless time to view, allowing time for a Q&A session and comments from students. For the second video lecture, students were given a copy of the video to view at theirconvenience, at a time and place of their own choosing and in a setting of their own choosing

critical key to understand the state of transmission system is to know power flows in MWand Mvar and percentage loading of transmission lines. However this can be quite difficult, particularly for large power systems. One technique is to use animation of flows to illustrate howpower is actually flowing in a system. The flow of power into and out of buses is portrayed ascolored arrows that move in the direction of the power transfer. The magnitude of each flow isindicated by the size of the arrows and the speed with which they move through the associatedequipment. Larger, faster-moving arrows symbolize larger power flows. The application canshow real power (P) and reactive power (Q) flows either separately or simultaneously usingdifferent color
