Integrating such novel content into an existing core curriculum, we believe, can not onlyhelp us achieve these objectives, but also allow us to do so with very little or no additionalresources. Mixing is of considerableimportance in microfluidics and LOC systems because bio/chemical reactions carried out in suchdevices require on-chip mixing of samples and reagents.
