Therest of this paper details how the analysis plan was created, the tools that were used, the results of theanalysis, and the potential usefulness of the technique in engineering education research. MethodParticipantsThe data for this study were collected as part of a larger study of undergraduate engineering andcomputing students from over a dozen institutions. The focus shifted from an “aesthetically pleasing attraction…”to “harvesting renewable energy to reduce the utility bill for the Knight Club”. was largely positive although a subset found availability of online office hours inadequate.  Faculty preparation and support was seen as very important (7% of responses). Several respondents complimented faculty on the efforts they put into preparation, with well- structured materials and timely feedback and responsiveness.  Some students (<5% of responses) reported that timely posting of materials, reminders, and clear schedules of activities on Canvas was very helpful. Well-structured materials with clear class notes/presentation decks were important. Clear and consistent lesson plans and clear deadlines on the Canvas LMS made life easier for students.Positive Rapport: 5% of responses
