Panebianco, B.Eng., is a Ph.D. Candidate at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (ISMMS). He earned his B.Eng. in Chemical Engineering from The Cooper Union in 2016. His research focuses on developing novel biomaterials for repairing injured intervertebral discs. He has been a Teach- ing Assistant at ISMMS and The Cooper Union for 3 years, and has a strong interest in teaching and research in
