only the students who scored less than or equal to 18 on the pretest, theaverage improvement is even more dramatic. However, quantitative critical methods, or “QuantCrit,” cancomplement qualitative critical methods by statistically specifying the kinds of assets possessedby students from marginalized populations as a step toward reimagining institutions that elevatethe importance of those assets.
