WorkOur future work includes conducting simulation experiments on students populations of differentuniversities (e.g. teaching vs. research and state vs private). As stated in the Related Work,several factors can affect the student’s academic retention. Therefore depression data can not beused solely to inform a student’s future behavior. However, a multitude ofprograms, many of which now focus directly on women, exist to help researchers transition froman academic laboratory into business ventures around that technology. Dr. Ohland is an ABET Program Evaluator for ASEE. He was the 2002–2006 President of Tau Beta Pi and is a Fellow of the ASEE, IEEE, and AAAS.Dr. Daniel M.
