A primarygoal for this course is for students to understand basic concepts from electronics,electromagnetics, and signals and systems along with how these concepts are integrated torealize a working radio. Students studied schematics, received training in how to solder,modeled portions of the circuit with PSpice, and studied operation of a variety of devicesincluding diodes, transistors, and antennas.
