Ballooning Project (NEBP)[1] and in Oct. 2023, participated in anationwide balloon flight campaign during the annular solar eclipse. At the time of NEBP team selection, our ballooning framework consisted of several balloonpayloads and ground stations. Three trials ofeight distinct tensile strength experiments were performed to test the factors. The Taguchiorthogonal array was used to calculate the factors applied to each sample, and each factor wasexamined. The evaluation revealed that the width and thickness of the pieces were the mostsignificant factors. Except for nozzle temperature, all lower values for the six parameters wereshown to have a higher strength-to-weight ratio. The best signal-to-noise ratio was found inExperiment 1.
