The 12principles of Green Chemistry were presented as foundational knowledge for comparingthe life cycle of petroleum-based diesel to vegetable-based biodiesel. Students’ learningwas assessed quantitatively for each module along with qualitative comments using theStrengths, Improvements, and Insights (SII) format.
