A tiger team is a small group of individuals that covers a range ofexpertise and is assigned when challenges arise that helps address the root issues causing thechallenge. It starts with the 2019 in-person camps and endswith the 2020 virtual camps.For S.H.E. camp, two tailed paired t-test results, shown in Table 9, show that the camp increased,on average, participants’ interest, understanding, and excitement for engineering. Q1 hadstatistically significant increases with the lowest mean level being moderate interest or higher.Q2 had statistically significant increases and indicated a good to very good level ofunderstanding.
