Because of the smaller class size, the graduate course was structured more of a project-centric course and included very few traditional problem-based homework assignments. The objective of this project was tointegrate sustainability concepts into the 1-credit Introduction to Civil Engineering course thatfirst year students are required to take at the University of Colorado at Boulder.
