ConclusionThis paper presents preliminary work of the implementation of object detection on Raspberry Pi for asenior design project. We run a mobile deep learning model, SSD-MobileNet, on Raspberry Pi todetect various objects. Preliminary valudation results demonstrate the effectiveness of thisimplementation. NPSI. This increase was especially encouraging to the team of mentors. The students alsoincreased 17% in their interest in physics and attending PVAMU.
