In response to an interview prompt asking if and howfaculty members promoted respect for student differences, the faculty member explained thatstudent differences transcended nationality or ethnicity. They spoke specifically about the genderdifferences, differences in socioeconomic statuses (SES), and personality types in their classroomsand how those differences translate when enforcing school policies.
