Chen, Ph.D., PE is a Professor and Department Chair in the Department of Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering & Technology at Bradley University. He received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the Department of Industrial and System Engineering at Auburn University in 1990 and 1994, respectively.
