provides some information to explain thesituation, generalization of the data needs more study and over a longer period of time. In addition, some confounding factors such as evaluation methods and the skills of the teaching professors shouldbe carefully investigated. The next stages of this study will include the comparison of grades in othercourses taken in the department and outside for both groups. In addition, categorizing the transferringof students based on their previous major may reveal more correlations.ReferencesAustin, A. M., & Gustafson, L. (2006). ] [12].Since then, the disciplines have been increasingly making strides towards emphasis oncollaboration. The Architecture + Construction Alliance (A+CA) was formed in the early 2000’s by educatorsand represents a consortium of 17 universities that contain degree programs in both architectureand construction within the same college [13]. Accrediting bodies for these disciplines have alsoimplemented emphasis on collaboration [1][2]. Other academic initiatives have also attempted toovercome the phenomenon of segregated workflows in AEC education. follows the repetitive and iterative cycle: unfreeze, modify, freeze, deliver, assess, retainor discard, repeat.Faculty should assume complete ownership of the curriculum, and program leadership shouldsecure faculty buy-in in the process. Faculty will be taken out of their comfort zone, thereforethe proposed gains should be highlighted, and fast wins should be celebrated. Following one ofthe standard methodologies for change management will provide a clear roadmap to be followedin order to achieve the change.ReferencesAGC Construction data (2018). https://www.agc.org/learn/construction-dataAbdelhamid, T.
