such principles into 3D-printedobjects holds the potential to revolutionize fields ranging from aerospace to consumer goods.Lightweight structural design refers to the process of developing structures that are optimized toachieve significant weight reduction without compromising their mechanical performance orintegrity. The aim is to create structures that utilize materials and geometries in a way thatminimizes weight while maintaining or enhancing strength, stiffness, and functionality [9-12].Lightweight structure design and optimization offer several benefits. First and foremost, weightreduction leads to improved fuel efficiency, energy savings, and reduced environmental impact[13]. It also allows for increased payload capacity, extended

heat melts the metal surfaces, forming a molten nugget. The currentis then turned off while the force is maintained, allowing the molten metal to solidify and createa strong joint at the weld spot. Once the joint cools, the electrodes are removed, leaving a durableweld. The copper alloy electrodes are essential for their excellent electrical and thermalconductivity, as well as their resistance to wear during repeated welding cycles. This efficientand fast process is widely used in industries such as automotive, aerospace, and manufacturingfor creating high-strength joints with minimal material distortion. Minimal preparation isrequired when using RSW, and it is an easily automated process making it suitable for roboticsystems. It is a joining

partis beneficial for engineering fields such as aerospace and automotive where less weight meansgreater stability and speeds. All material has a failure point, so it is good to plan for how thematerial will fail and how that failure can affect the overall part. Honeycomb infill will collapseon itself, but will not fracture. This means the part can still hold the force applied to it. It seems that harder and stronger materials solidify faster when being 3D printed. Thiscan cause a rough surface finish. No matter what material is used, when 3D printing, surfaceroughness will be noticeable. A tradeoff for a better surface finish, if to reduce the strength of thepart by using ABS.Conclusion The results from the data can be useful in

]. This approach allows engineers toinput design constraints—such as material properties, weight limits, and load conditions—whilethe software autonomously generates and evaluates numerous design iterations to find the mostefficient solution. By harnessing this computational power, generative design fosters innovation, sustainability, and efficiency, reducing material waste and improving product performance. It isparticularly valuable in fields such as aerospace, automotive, and medical device manufacturing, where lightweight, structurally optimized components can lead to significant improvements incost and functionality. Educating future engineers about generative design is crucial forpreparing them to utilize these advanced tools effectively
