Whenwork exclusively considers engineering broadly, programmatic and curricular practices may bedeveloped that also support this narrow interpretation of interest and identity. Almost allparticipants mention an interest outside of engineering, fewer described this interest with adegree of commitment, and even fewer actually integrated this interest by pursuing it throughclasses, a minor, or a double major.
