"qualified" minorities who have the desiredstandardized test scores, GPAs, and curriculum experiences in mathematics. In model B, thestrategy is to recruit "educationally disadvantaged" students who have demonstrated the aptitudeand attitude to succeed25.The term underrepresented encompasses a large number of categories of population.
