Based on one of the author’sexperience in teaching students at Montana State over the last eight years, and in following whatmany of the EE 433 students do after graduation, the most common tasks that align withpotential content for EE 433 include RF/microwave board layout, component selection, andcircuit-level and system-level calculations. It is interesting to note that not one student hasindicated that he/she is involved with distributed filter design.
