IRB-approved consent forms and wereassured of anonymity. The interviews were conducted according to a semi-structured interview,beginning with standard questions but allowing for follow-up or clarification questions. Theinterview was designed to elicit students’ perceptions of the impact of NSBE on their academicand professional careers. The interviews ranged from 15 to 45 minutes.
