However, the number of female students enrolled in engineering and technologyprograms has been stagnant despite the fact that overall female enrollment at universities hasincreased. In addition, some first generation college students have entered school with culturaland socio-economic backgrounds that may hinder their success. Therefore, these students aremore likely to possess a lower level of confidence, which may impose a barrier to their success.The objective of
