The literature shows that AI tools have provided personalized learning experiences,aiding in concept reinforcement and problem-solving. This paper also presents a case study based onthe experience that students have found using AI tools in their education. A summary of the lessonslearned about the assessment and outcome process is presented. Each department’schanges in the respective degree plans will be discussed and the methodology of thosechanges. During this process, tools have been developed for the departments, the collegeand the university to simply the record keeping.
