A search of calibration technician on indeed.com showed that there were 100 jobopenings in New York City, while calibration engineers showed 25 jobs (last assessed Aug 20,2024). According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, calibration technologists and techniciansare expected to be at 4% increase in growth rate from 2022 to 2032 [1]. In comparison, there is adrop of 3 % in growth rate for Electro-mechanical

is particularly crucial in countries where English is not thenative language. Furthermore, integrating technology enhances students' intercultural awareness, language learning efficiency, and overall effectiveness. The consensus among EFL teachers isclear: technology integration is a game-changer. However, for this integration to be successful,EFL teachers must possess the necessary knowledge and skills. To cater to the needs of tech-savvy digital native students who thrive on using technology for learning, EFL teachers mustwholeheartedly embrace and integrate technology into their teaching methods. It's all abouthaving a positive attitude towards technology (Huang, 2022).Since the rise of online education, managing learning and assessment

students understand the stipulations of thecontract. According to Rubio & Llopis-Albert (2022), “students read the syllabus for the extent theirexpectations will be fulfilled in terms of content and to gauge whether they have the necessaryresources and skills to acquire an adequate level of knowledge and competencies.” (p. 119) A novelapproach to deepening this understanding and to explicitly expressing expectations while teachingthe concepts of contract review incorporating the syllabus produced increased acknowledgementin aspects of the course including learning objectives and prerequisite knowledge. This increasewas evidenced by a decrease in communication between students and instructor aboutmisunderstandings surrounding the syllabus and

switched to asynchronous web-based course. It provides important data as to howpandemics changed the student’s perspective on online learning. All the numbers presented atefor the summer semester. Before Covid-19, the course was offered as an in-person only until2019. During this time the enrollment was low with marginal growth. Most of the studentsenrolled belonged to our institution. During the pandemic in 2020 and 2021, the course wasoffered in the zoom format (synchronous). This provided an opportunity for students outside ofour institution to enroll in the course. The enrollment number shows growth with increasingnumber external students. Once the university started to bring back students on-campus for in-person teaching in 2022, the

3.53 3.55 3.61 3.60In comparison to fall 2023, the average GPA for all groups increased in spring 2024. The trendwas similar for first year students, where the non-attendees averaged 3.22 compared to theattendees who averaged 3.53. Similar trends hold for students in the 2022-2023 academic year.Categorizing by types of events, the average GPA of 17 students who attended only career eventswas 3.46, 31 students who attended only community events was 3.59, 21 students who attendedonly academic events was 3.41, and one student who only attended a trip was 3.68. No studentattended only a physical event. It appears that community events had the strongest correlationwith strong academic performance.GPA By
