The Project and Space:With the general idea of improving experiential learning in mind, the college solicited proposalsfrom faculty for specific ideas and plans in May 2022. Each of the four departments respondedwith at least one proposal. After reviewing and selecting the proposals, a supplemental facultyand staff development team was formed in June. Since then the team met regularly to brainstorm, plan, and implement the project during summer and fall of 2022. Areas discussed included userscenarios, facility staffing, furniture needs, equipment ordering, space layout, student
