Highlighting Scholarly ActivityIn 2017, the Diversity Committee introduced traditional publish-to-present paper sessions at theASEE Annual Conference. This was in part a response to the papers nominated for the BestDiversity Paper award. The Diversity Committee maintains a position of supporting a broaddefinition of diversity and recognized a need to provide a space for papers on diversity-relatedtopics that were not the historical focus of other divisions within the organization.
