, the instructor has to go throughthe certification process and earn the educator certificate. Certification program and materials are ona password-protected educational web portal. When the instructor earns the educator certificate, s/hebecomes the administrator of the certification portal. An administrator can register the students andmonitor the progress of the students on each course. The program is a self-paced program that canbe completed by each student on their own. However, four-hour-long weekly meetings werearranged with students as a group, and program materials were studied and completed together infive weeks for better control and efficiency.
