organizational change at a research university with respect to a campus-based STEM improvement initiative? 4Towards constructing a robust research model to study our campus intervention, we conducted a targetedliterature review concerning organizational change research from a variety of theoretical frameworkspublished since the 1980s. These decades produced significant research. A meta-analysis by Purzer et al.5 found 51 differentinstruments in 29 journal and conference papers that focus on entrepreneurship. Most of theseinstruments evaluate entrepreneurship as a multidimensional characteristic. They use varyingapproaches designed to measure knowledge, skills, and psychological characteristics.Purzer found that while 67% of the instruments focus on skill assessment, only 27% focus onattitudes toward entrepreneurship.
